Payment Terms

We are committed to providing you and your family with the best possible dental care. By adhering to our payment policy, you can help us achieve that goal.

Accepted forms of payment

Payment for services will be due at the time they are rendered. We accept cash, check, debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover) as forms of payment. If you have approved dental insurance, we will be pleased to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. For more information about dental insurance, see our Insurance page.

Missed appointment charge

Accounts may be charged a broken appointment fee for any missed appointments without at least 72 hours notice. Once your appointment has been scheduled, please remember that this time has been reserved specifically for you. Giving advanced notice of a cancellation is not only courteous, it also helps us to better serve the needs of you and other patients.

Service fees

If you still have an outstanding balance after all insurance adjustments have been made, a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be applied to your account when 60 days or more past due. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. Any legal fees incurred in the process of collecting payment are payable by the patient.

If you require one or more dental procedures but neither your insurance nor your budget can cover the entire cost, you now have another choice. You can also choose from several convenient payment options to make it easier on your budget. There are no application fees, no annual fees, and no prepayment penalty fees.

CareCredit is available for every procedure we offer including cosmetic and restorative dentistry. If you need financing, you must apply to CareCredit financing before your treatment begins. We will be happy to assist you with the application process. All treatment costs will be discussed during your pre-treatment evaluation.
