We will do everything we can to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you are a new patient, you can expedite your reimbursement by bringing your insurance ID card and completed Registration Forms to your first appointment.

If you have any questions about fees and coverage prior to your treatment, please call us. Since insurance plans are individually written, however, we will only be able to ESTIMATE your share of the cost. You will be responsible for payment of any costs not covered by your insurance company at the time of your visit.

Accepted insurance coverage

We file on most dental insurance, including indemnity and PPO plans. We are in-network providers for the following companies: United Concordia, Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and The Dental Wellness Plan.
