Zoom! One-Hour
Whitening System
Today, nearly everyone wants a beautiful smile. In the
business environment, whiter, cleaner looking teeth help you make a better
impression. In social settings, they can make you look more attractive.
As you age, they can even make you look younger.
When it comes to professional teeth whitening, it seems
everyone wants faster results, too. Now there's Zoom!, the amazing system
that gives you sparkling white teeth in one hour or less.
How Zoom! whitening works
The Zoom! One-Hour Whitening System is a scientifically-advanced,
patent-pending procedure that lightens teeth an average of eight shades.
It is completely safe and the fastest way ever to whiten your teeth.
Prior to your treatment visit, you will receive an oral
exam, an evaluation of your teeth and a shade assessment. We will also
make impressions (molds) of your teeth for gel trays that you will use
for at-home maintenance.
At your treatment visit, we will first do a brief preparation
to protect the soft tissues of your mouth. Then the proprietary Zoom!
Whitening Gel will be applied to your teeth and they will be exposed to
a specially designed Zoom! Whitening Lamp. The light will activate the
powerful bleaching agent to quickly break up stubborn stains and discoloration.
You will be able to see the dramatic results immediately
following the procedure: Dazzling white teeth in just one hour or less.
Brighter, whiter teeth with lasting results
With Zoom! you'll have uniformly brighter and noticeably
whiter teeth for years to come. And by following some simple post-treatment
instructions, they will stay that way. Any newly-developed discoloration
can usually be wiped out by the occasional use of a professional whitening
gel (available only through dentists). A starter tube of the gel and a
set of bleaching trays that you can use for at-home maintenance comes
with your procedure.
Is Zoom! whitening right for you?
To find out if Zoom! is right for you, you must first have
a complete oral exam one week before your scheduled treatment. Although
highly effective for most people, Zoom! may not be the best choice if
you have capped teeth or porcelain crowns. In those cases, bondings
or veneers may be more appropriate options.
Zoom! treatment may also be too intense for those with overly sensitive
teeth.
Zoom! is not recommended for children under 13 years of
age or women who are pregnant or lactating. Light sensitive people, those
undergoing PUVA therapy, and patients with melanoma should not be treated
with Zoom!
