How to Make
an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, call us during business hours
at 936-756-3611. Our offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m., and on alternate Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Please note, a parent or guardian must accompany children
under the age of 18 during office visits.
Dental emergencies
If you have a severe toothache, unexplained swelling in
your gums and fever, or a broken tooth, call us immediately. If a tooth
has been knocked out, place it under your tongue or in a glass of milk,
being careful not to disturb the root, and call us immediately.
You may reduce your risk of more serious dental problems
by getting treatment as soon as possible. Emergency calls are answered
24 hours of the day, 7 days a week. If you have a dental emergency, call

Your first visit — How to save
time
We do our best to accommodate your busy schedule by beginning
your treatment on time. Please help us keep on schedule by arriving at
least 15 minutes early for your first appointment. Fill out registration
forms in advance (see below) and bring them along with a list of your
current medications (including dosages) and your insurance ID card.

Cancellation policy
Your office visit has been reserved specifically for you.
Therefore, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you cannot
make your appointment. To cancel or reset your appointment, call 936-756-3611.
Missed appointment policy
If you miss a scheduled appointment, your account may be
charged a broken appointment fee. For more information about this fee,
